Marshall Breedlove is the owner and audio engineer of the company Corridor Audio. Corridor Audio began developing in 2011 when he was a member of a hardcore band in his hometown of Fort Worth, Texas and his band needed to be able to record rough demos to share on Facebook and Myspace. During this time he also became an audio tech for HighPoint Church in Arlington, Texas.
Marshall quickly began recording artists out of his house, doing on-site recordings of choir concerts, and running sound at local churches and venues in order to improve his craft and be able to work in a variety of situations with a variety of genres of music.
In 2013, Marshall began school at Texas State University in order to improve even further in the prestigious Sound Recording Technology program. On occasion, he would still travel to and from Fort Worth to record more artists as well as begin to build a clientele in San Marcos, Texas. He soon began working at First Christian Church – San Marcos and the Baptist Student Ministry as the A/V Tech and worked at the historic Cheatham Street Warehouse for a while.
In 2014, Marshall was the Mastering Engineer for Martin McCain’s album Shades which is a Global Music Award Gold Medal Winner for Best Instrumentalist and a Bronze Medal Winner for Solo Album.
Now, Marshall is working as the Sound Tech for Dennis Jay Richter, A/V Tech for First Christian Church – San Marcos, and as a freelance engineer based out of UPDOWN Studios, but also enjoys recording at the Fire Station Studios.
